P-SHOT PRP Injection Therapy Package
The He-Shot (Priapus Shot®) is a non-surgical, PRP Injection designed to improve male sexual health. The procedure involves extracting PRP from your blood and injecting it into specific areas of the penis. The PRP contains growth factors that stimulate tissue regeneration, increase blood flow, and enhance sensation.
- The He-Shot PRP Injection Therapy Package includes:
- Two He-Shot PRP Injection procedures, 4-6 weeks apart
- Vacuum Erectile Device (VED)
- For the first month only, generally includes a low dose prescription of erectile dysfunction (ED) procedure medicine, generally Sildenafil 20mg daily or Tadalafil 5mg daily
- One bottle of PulsePrime supplements, a 30-day supply
It is imperative that the VED is used twice a day for 10 minutes after the initial He-Shot and once a day for 10 minutes after the second He-Shot for following 4-6 weeks. Thereafter, the VED can be used as desired for increased blood flow. Additional He-Shots may be necessary to achieve desired results and may be offered at a reduced price.
P-TOX Therapy ADD-ON
P-Tox Therapy (Priapus Toxin™) can help you overcome erectile issues and achieve more powerful, consistent erections. P-Tox Therapy is the addition of botulinum toxin to your initial He-Shot before it is injected into the erectile tissue of the penis, improving blood flow to the penis, allowing it to get engorged during arousal, thus facilitating a better sexual experience. P-Tox Therapy is especially suitable for those not qualifying for other erectile dysfunction procedures such as Viagra and Cialis.
P-Tox Therapy can be added to and received in conjunction with your initial He-Shot or P-Long procedure.
He-Shot Procedure Process
Pre-Procedure:
- Avoid use of NSAIDS, nutritional supplements, and systemic use of corticosteroids a week prior to procedure
- Avoid alcohol and cigarettes 5 days prior to procedure
- Hydrate very well the day before and the day of procedure for ease of blood draw
- Shave procedure area within 24 hours of procedure
During Procedure:
- Numbing: A topical anesthetic is applied to ensure comfort
- Blood Draw: A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm
- PRP Preparation: The blood is placed in a centrifuge to separate the PRP from red blood cells
- Injection: The PRP is injected into the base, shaft, and head of the penis using a thin needle to minimize discomfort
- The Vacuum Erectile Device (VED) will be explained and used for 10 minutes
- Expect your appointment to be 60 minutes
- Most patients report only mild discomfort due to the numbing agent
What to Expect Post-Procedure:
- Normal activities may be resumed immediately, including sexual intercourse
- Bruising and irritation may occur. Arnica Montana may be used to help with bruising. Oral and topical Arnica Montana is available for purchase
- Initial results, such as improved erection quality, may be noticeable within 1–2 days but typically takes up to 4-6 weeks
- Avoid systemic use of corticosteroids for 2 weeks post procedure
